Counsel for the Appellant submits that pending the appeal before this Court, the Appellant has undergone the entire jail sentence and has since been released from the jail. He further submits that he has specific instructions from the Appellant not to press the appeal as the Appellant is not interested in contesting the appeal any further. 2.
