1. Heard on MCC.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the order passed on 24.02.2021 in WPC No. 1052 of 2021, two weeks time was granted to the petitioners for raising the dispute before the Additional Commissioner in accordance with law. He further submits that the petitioners could not raise such dispute therefore further two weeks time may be granted.

3. Considering the prayer made and the time given in para 6 of the order dated 24.02.202, it is directed that the petitioners shall raise their dispute before the Additional Collector within a further period of 2 weeks from today and if such dispute is raised, the Additional Collector is directed to decide the same within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
