Agrawal Order On Board 06/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent authorities for the purpose of widening of Raipur-Dhamtari National Highway in lieu of which compensation awarded by respondent No.3, but till this date compensation amount is not being disbursed by the respondents No.1 & 2 for which he has made representation before the said authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till now.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is in progress.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and take a decision in the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
