1. The substantial grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner was initially appointed as a Peon under the respondents No. 4 dated 20/04/2000 and the petitioner was working on the said post till 13/04/2018. When abruptly the petitioner's service was terminated by a oral order, the petitioner had made repeated approach to the higher authorities in the department. The petitioner has enclosed Annexure P-5 which is an application made to the
Collector as well as to the Sub Divisional Officer which till date has not been decided.
2. Given the nature of the submissions that the petitioner has made and the fact that the petitioner had worked for a period of 18 years under the respondent No. 3. This Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No. 2 and 3 are directed to decide the representation/appeal of the petitioner so far as the terminating of service is considered, at the earliest in accordance with the rules governing the field within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
