The present review petition has been filed to review the order dated 29.6.2015 allowing Writ Petition (S) No. 1496 of 2015. 2.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and are satisfied that no ground has been made out to invoke review jurisdiction in its narrow scope. No error apparent on the face of record has been pointed out. The grounds taken in the review petition appropriately are more in the nature of an appeal, a jurisdiction which cannot be exercised in the review jurisdiction as it is not an appeal in disguise.

The review application is dismissed.
