Shri Ashish Shrivastava along with Shri Afroj Khan, Advocate Hon'ble The Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board Per Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice 22/06/2016 1.

The main grievance in this Writ Petition is that the emergency ambulance services i.e. Sanjivani (108 Ambulance) and Mahatari (102 Ambulance) should be restored at the earliest. 2.

Learned Advocate General informs us that in fact the strike by the employees of the bodies running these two services have been called off and an agreement has been entered into between them and Respondent No.16. 3.

Keeping this fact in view, we feel that nothing survives in this petition. 4.

At this stage, it is submitted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioners that

there should be uniform salary structure for the employees engaged by the State Government for operating these ambulances. 5.

This is not a matter pertaining to PIL. If any employee is aggrieved by the payment being made to him, he is free to approach this Court. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) (P. Sam Koshy) CHIEF JUSTICE JUDGE Priya
