1. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.242/2020 registered at Police Station Punjipathara, District Raigarh, C.G.for the offence punishable under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code. The earlier bail application i.e. MCRC No.355 of 2021 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 22.02.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
