The dispute in the instant Writ Petition seems to be an ego-clash which the respondent No.3 is having with the petitioner. 2.

The grievance which the petitioner has raised in the instant Writ Petition is in respect of the salary which she is not receiving since October-2018. 3.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner has been denied the salary only on account of the LPC (Last Pay Certificate) not been released by the respondent No.3 from the earlier place of posting of

the petitioner. According to him, the petitioner was working as an Assistant "

Professor (Hindi) at the Government College, Dipika, District Korba. From "

there, she was transferred vide order dated 01/10/2018 to the Government Minimata Girls College, Korba where she assumed her duties on 08/10/2018 and since then she is continuously teaching, but her salary has not been released till now though more than 6 months have lapsed. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the salary was not released only on account of the LPC not being released from the previous place of posting. 4.

It appears that there is some dispute in respect of handing over of the charge of Library which allegedly was given to the petitioner while she was working at the Government College, Dipika.

The petitioner's counsel on the contrary submits that, the petitioner has gone to the respondent No.3 number of times, but the charge of Library has not been accepted or taken from the petitioner. 6.

The said dispute raised by the petitioner is too small a issue to be agitated before the High Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner approach the respondent No.3 on the 27/03/2019 on which date the respondent No.3 is directed to ensure that the charge of Library is taken from the petitioner after completing all necessary formalities and while doing so, the authorities would take note of the inventories that were available on the date when the petitioner was allegedly granted the charge of Library. That, after completing all the formalities, LPC should also be released within a further period of 7 days from 27/03/2019.

Thereafter, the respondent No.4 is directed to ensure release of the salary of the petitioner at the earliest within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of LPC.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
