Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 08.01.2018 in Writ Petition (C) No. 3392 of 2017, due to inadvertent mistake in the cause title, the detail of respondent No. 3 has been mentioned as 'Municipal Corporation, Bhilai' instead of 'Municipal Corporation Bhilai-Charoda'.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, in the order dated 08.01.2018 in place of 'Municipal Corporation Bhilai' it be read as 'Municipal Corporation Bhilai-Charoda'.
