1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Guide in the Department of Culture and Archaeology, Government of Chhattisgarh since 1988. However, despite instructions issued by the State Government on 5.3.2008 for regularization of daily wagers and recommendation of his case by the Collector, the respondents have not passed any order on the issue.
2. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner submits a fresh representation before the competent authority of the respondents within a period of 1 month from today, the said competent authority shall consider and decide his representation within a further period of 3 months from the date of submission of representation, in accordance with law.
