14-3-2019 In Cr. A. No. 534/2001, this criminal appeal, there are two appellants, appellant No. 1 Babloo alias Jakir Hussain and appellant No. 2 Kasam Ali. During the pendency of the appeal, appellant No. 2 Kasam Ali expired and his appeal stood abated.

Judgment in the criminal appeal case has been delivered on 25-2-2019. After pronouncement of the judgment, it was brought to the notice that in place of appellant No. 1 Babloo alias Jakir Hussain who is still alive, judgment has been passed against appellant No. 2 Kasam Ali who has already died. Judgment was to be passed against appellant No. 1 but no judgment has been passed against him. Therefore this office reference has been listed. In view of above circumstances, the judgment dated 25-2-2019 passed in CRA No. 534/2001 is recalled. The criminal appeal be restored to its original number and be listed for hearing on 22-4-2019.
