1. Heard on admission.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner is complainant and on her complaint, offence under Section 498A/34 of the IPC has been registered against husband and mother-in-law, but it has not been registered against father-in-law,
brother-in-law and sister-in-law, to which learned State Counsel would submit that the matter is under investigation.
3. Be that as it may, FIR has already been registered and investigation is going on, as such, no direction for registration of offence can be issued at this stage. However, the investigating officer shall proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the matter. No cost(s).
