The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by non consideration of per request for inter district transfer on mutual basis. It is submitted that the petitioner is working as Lecturer in District Janjgir Champa. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Lecturer in District Janjgir Champa and has made a request for transfer to another district on mutual basis as Rewati Raman Jaiswal posted as Lecturer in District Balodabazar is also requesting transfer to district Janjgir-Champa. It is submitted that the Zila Panchayat Balodabazar has given NOC and the General Administration Committee of Zila Panchayat, Janjgir Champa has also cleared the case of the petitioner but till date, no orders have been issued. 3.

Considering that there exists a policy for inter district transfer on mutual basis subject to NOC by the two Panchayats, the Chief Executive Officer, Janjgir-Champa

-2is required to consider petitioner's request for transfer on mutual basis. Let the matter be considered by respondent No.2 and decision be taken within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
