Order On Board 13/08/2015 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue with regard to withdrawal of recognition without giving show cause notice in identical situation and circumstances and same reasons as stated in the present petition was decided by this Court in WP(C) No.1354/14 decided on 1/5/15, learned counsel for the respondent submits that present case is also of identical nature and can be disposed off on similar lines.

Accordingly, this petition is also disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file appropriate application as required under the law before the respondent for consideration of its claim and on that being done, the respondent shall pass an order afresh. In case, the respondent feels that fresh inspection is required to be done, it may do so before passing any order.
