This is a Habeas Corpus petition filed by the petitioner for issuing directions to respondents 1 and 2 regarding search/production of his
daughter, respondent 4.

On a specific query made by this Court to respondent 4, who happens to be the daughter of the petitioner, she states that on 3.6.2016 she has performed marriage with Umesh Sahu, respondent 3 in Aarya Samaj Mandir, Raipur and is also having a certificate of the marriage. She submits that she is major and now she is a married lady, living with her husband happily at her own will. She further submits that even she does not want to talk to her father and is no more interested to live with him.

In view of the above statement of respondent 4, nothing remains in the petition to be adjudicated upon.
