Agrawal Order On Board 08/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an objection before the respondent No.3 on the installment of petrol pump in the locality of Sakti, which is still pending since 30.10.2017 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said
authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's objection in accordance with law and to pass speaking and reasoned order after hearing the petitioner expeditiously within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
