The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for an appropriate direction to Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the representation that the Petitioner has filed against the inaction on the part of Respondents No. 5 to 7.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the present Writ Petition may be disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to take an appropriate action in accordance with law.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation that the Petitioner has filed so far as the activities pertaining to the BALCO Nagar Islamic Cultural Committee and the private Respondents No. 5 to 7 who are the office bearers of the said Committee. It is expected that the Respondent No.2 shall take a decision at the earliest in accordance with law.
