Record of the case shows that the Appellant in the instant case had also preferred an appeal, i.e., Criminal Appeal No. 2576 of 2000, and which has been finally decided by the High Court vide order dated 25.7.2001, whereby the appeal preferred by the present Appellant along with the co-accused Ashok Singh, already stands dismissed.
