(3) Since the petitioner has removed from the post of Sarpanch, therefore, it would be expedient to direct the Collector, Dhamtari to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
