Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the order of dismissal from service, passed on 04.11.2015, a departmental appeal has been preferred before the State Government on 13.11.2015 which has not been decided till date, therefore, a direction be issued to decide the appeal expeditiously. The Departmental Authority is directed to decide the appeal expeditiously as far as possible within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
