Advocate Order On Board 05/08/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though offence has been registered against one Manoj Rajput on the report of the petitioner and his anticipatory bail application has also been rejected, he has not been arrested. Learned counsel for the State submits that in such cases where offence is registered and bail is not granted, police authority shall make all endeavor to arrest the accused. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.
