Petitioner would assail the impugned order dated 29.09.2017, whereby the Mission Director, National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh, Raipur has terminated the petitioner's contract appointment on the basis of Performance Appraisal Report (PAR).

Shri Sushobhit Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order itself recites that if any candidate has any objection to the order, the same can be preferred before the Mission Director. He would further submit that the petitioner has already preferred an objection/representation vide AnnexureP-6 dated 04.10.2017, however, the same has not yet been considered, therefore, for the present, the writ petition may be disposed of directing the Mission Director to consider and decide the representation/objection at the earliest. 3.

Shri C. J. K. Rao, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 would submit that if the representation/objection is still pending, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.3 that if the petitioner's representation/objection is still pending, the same shall be considered and decided by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from today.
