For Respondents : Shri Avinash Chand Sahu, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 17/08/2016 This revision is filed against the impugned order dated 07.06.2016 passed by the court below granting interim maintenance in favour of the respondents.

Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if direction is issued to the court below for deciding the main case itself expeditiously. He further submits that the court below be directed to consider all the points which have been raised by the applicant.

Counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection for

early disposal of the main case. He however submits that no further direction is required as the court below has already considered all the points raised before it by the applicant.

Present revision is disposed of directing the court below to decide the main case itself expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.

Needless to state that the parties will cooperate in the early disposal of the case.
