Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though this Court vide order 12.2.2015 directed pensionary benefit of the petitioner to be restored, even after lapse of 4 months, consequential order have not been passed restoring pension of the petitioner. The order passed by this Court is clear and unambiguous. Proceedings in compliance of Court's order have to be taken immediately, if not already under taken. A copy of this order shall be taken by the petitioner before the respondent No. 1 who shall pass the consequential order in compliance of the Court's order. If no order has been passed within a 30 days from the date of

receipt of copy of this order, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt proceedings. With the aforesaid observation the petition is disposed off. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava judge Amita
