1. Learned Deputy Advocate General would fairly submit that the State of Chhattisgarh had earlier preferred Cr.M.P. No.195/2016, challenging the same judgment of acquittal which is appealed in this Cr.M.P. He would also submit that the earlier Cr.M.P. 195/2016 has already been dismissed by the Division Bench on 20.04.2016.
