During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Respondents, Shri Vaibhav Shukla, submits that pending the present writ petition before this Court, grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed by deciding his representation on 20.3.2018. He submits that though the order dated 20.3.2018 was pursuant to a representation made by the Petitioner to the Prime Minister Office from where the matter was referred back to the department for consideration, the substantive grievance raised by the Petitioner in the present writ petition and his representation in the present writ petition stands decided by the order passed by the authorities in their order dated 20.3.2018.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent is directed to bring the aforesaid communication dated 20.3.2018 on record during the course of the day itself after giving a copy of the same to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

In view of above submission made by the Counsel for the Petitioner, the present petition in its present form has become infructuous and the same is disposed of leaving open the Petitioner to assail subsequent development. 4.
