Versus

1. Shri Abhishek Shandilya , Superintendent Of Police, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh

2. Shri Radheshyam Verma, Presently Posted As Station House Officer, Police Station Bhatgaon, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents For Petitioners :

Mr. Amrito Das, Advocate.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08/07/2016 Heard on admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at the cost of intervention by this Court, though FIR has been registered, there is no material progress towards investigation in the matter. The nature of allegation made in this petition can be examined only in a substantive writ petition. As far as allegation of commission of willful disobedience is concerned, having considered that earlier offence was registered after initial round of litigation, I do not find that the matter can be examined in contempt proceedings. The contempt petition is therefore dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse for redressal of grievance in an appropriate proceeding.
