Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved an application for transfer of ownership before respondent No.2 on 13.3.2015 which has remained pending . It is submitted that the application has not been decided so far. Therefore, this petition has been filed for issuance of direction.

The application, on petitioner's own showing, was filed only on 13.3.2015. Therefore, at this stage, no time bound direction can be given. The application of the petitioner shall be decided by the authority as early as possible. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is finally disposed off.
