1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner though has worked with the respondent No.3 as a Computer Operator since long, intermittently the salary of the petitioner has not been released. The petitioner has also made a couple of representations in this regard for releasing of the salary.

2. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised i.e. in respect of non-releasing of the salary during the intervening period, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 to

-2consider the case of the petitioner and on due verification, whether the petitioner has in fact discharged her duties continuously/ uninterruptedly and if the salary has not been paid for any period in between, the same should be ensured of being released at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
