Agrawal Order On Board 13/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation to the Collector, Mungeli for redressal of his grievances. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make representation to the Collector, Mungeli for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously after hearing the parties.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
