1.

This is petition filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 18.04.2016 on the ground that the petitioner is not keeping well, therefore, he may be exempted from transfer.

2.

The exemption is founded on the ground that the petitioner is suffering from mental disease. The medical certificate, which has been placed on record is a certificate issued by the Private Doctor, which only records that the petitioner is suffering from emotional disorder. Whether this is to be considered as one of the ground for exemption from transfer is a matter for consideration by the

respondent authority and not by this Court. As the representation has already been filed, the concerned respondent authority may decide the same in accordance with the rules of transfer within three weeks.

3.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
