Heard.

This petition is with the limited prayer that the applicant No. 2 Pramod Gupta is in jail since 29/11/2013 and facing trial before the Sessions Court in S.T. No. 22/2014 of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Manendragarh. Limited prayer has been made that the prosecution witness Ambikeshwar Singh has not examined despite all efforts has not turned up to adduce evidence for some reason or other. Therefore, prayer has been made to give direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within 15 days.

During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ambikeshwar Singh was present before the Court on yesterday i.e. on 18/08/2015 and he was examined and one more witness was present and the case is further fixed for evidence on today i.e. on 19/08/2015.

In view of the fair submission made, it is observed that

since the main prayer was to get examine Ambikeshwar Singh has been examined, therefore, the very purpose of filing this petition has been served.

Consequently, it is directed that if the prosecution witnesses are over then the trial Court shall make all endavour to decide the case as early as possible. With all such observation, CrMP stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge
