At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's representation made to respondent No. 2 against the seniority list is pending. Therefore, he prays for a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide petitioner's representation as early as possible. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the said representation within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
