(1) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification/correction of crime number passed in order dated 13.07.2015 in M.Cr.C. No.2652/2015. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that in order dated 13.07.2015 pa629ssed in M.Cr.C. No.2652/2015, the Crime No.45/2015 has been wrongly mentioned in place of Crime No.72/2013 and, therefore, the same may be corrected. (3) It is directed that the Crime No.72/2013 be read in place of Crime No.45/2015 passed in order dated 13.07.2015 in M.Cr.C.

No.2652/2015. Other contents of order dated 13.07.2015 shall remain intact.

(4) With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands finally disposed of.
