The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.13/2017 registered in Police Station Jainagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(d)(g) & 201/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
