Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application before the respondent No. 3- Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Raipur which is pending consideration since 19.06.2017 and has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3- Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Raipur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously.
