Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the interim order passed by the Tahsildar, Baikunthpur in petitioner's favour, the respondent No.6 has encroached the government land as well as the petitioner's land, for which the petitioner has made representation before the respondent Nos.2 to 5, but no action has been taken till date.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the Collector, Baikunthpur, District Koriya, which will be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
