The grievance of the Petitioner, who is working as Lecturer (English) at the Government Higher Secondary School, Parsada (Palod), Block Arang, District Raipur, is that he has not been granted the benefit of annual increment which he was entitled to since 01.08.2012. In the meanwhile the Petitioner has also not been granted the salary for the period 03.07.2017 to 29.11.2017, during which period he had availed medical leave. 2.
Taking into consideration the nature of dispute raised, this Court is of the opinion that if the Petitioner makes a fresh representation to the Respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days from today giving details of his claim, the Respondent No.3, shall in turn decide the representation of the Petitioner within a further outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of representation.

The writ petition thus stand disposed of.
