Considering that the period of 3 months has expired on 20th July, 2015 and there is statement that the petitioner has not received any communication from the office of the respondent, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent to communicate in writing to the petitioner, the result of his representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order which is now being passed. Thereafter, it is open for the petitioner to take

appropriate remedy.
