Mr. Dheeraj Wankhede, G.A.
Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 08.01.2018 Heard.
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while considering the petitioner's representation, aspect of keeping husband wife together has not been kept in view again despite clear direction of this Court.
2.
In the impugned order, I find that the only ground for rejection of representation is that the policy has not been violated, where this Court had directed consideration of the petitioner's case from the point of view of keeping husband wife together, if possible according to administrative exigency. The order does not reflect consideration on these lines. I think the matter should be reconsidered by the authority. Therefore, the petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondents for reconsideration within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
