1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has retired on 08.02.2018 under the Voluntary Retirement Scheme and after her retirement, neither the pension was disbursed to nor the amount of gratuity was granted to the petitioner. However, during the pendency of this petition on 19.03.2020, 90% of anticipatory pension has been granted and 10% of the gratuity is retained. It is further submitted that by order dated

04.06.2019, the Joint Director, Higher Education has informed the Principal of Rajmohini Devi Women Postgraduate College Ambikapur that neither any departmental enquiry nor any other proceedings are pending against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the circumstances, if the subsequent letter dated 04.06.2019 exists, the petitioner may be given liberty to make a fresh representation to respondent No.1 Secretary, Higher Education so that the entire retiral dues may be released.

2. After perusal of the letter dated 04.06.2019 issued by the Joint Director, Higher Education, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to respondent no.1 Secretary Higher Education ventilating her grievance and if such representation is filed within 30 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order.
