This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.46/2015, registered at Police Station-Pandatarai, Distt.Kabirdham (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of material prosecution witnesses.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
