After arguing for sometimes, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application and also prays for issuance of suitable direction to the trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial as soon as possible. 3.

Considered this statement, this application is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date, when the normal functioning of the Court are started.
