1. In view of the fact that proceedings under Section 170(B) of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration before the respondent No.3, ends of justice would be served if the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3, SDO (Revenue), Ambikapur, District Surguja to decide the proceedings, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
