This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.51 of 2020, registered at Police Station Kondagaon, District Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Section 304B of IPC.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to the applicant to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.
