Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in the order passed by this Hon'ble Court on 07.03.2018 in Writ Petition (C) No. 605 of 2018, due to typographical error in the order, the detail of respondent No. 3 has been mentioned as 'Collector, Raipur' instead of 'Collector, Durg'. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, order dated 07.03.2018 is modified and in place of 'Collector, Raipur', it be read as 'Collector, Durg'. 4.
