The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.1 is encroaching upon petitioner's land. According to the petitioner, he has a decree of declaration of title and permanent injunction in his favour.

The matter appears to be dispute between two private parties. The petitioner has appropriate alternative remedy to seek redressal of grievance on the strength of a decree in his favour.

The writ Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed with liberty to take alternative remedy.
