Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite the interim order granted by the Commissioner dated 22.02.2018, construction is being made on the subject land of the petitioner by respondents No. 3 to 6 which is illegal and bad in law. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.

Since the revenue case is pending before the Commissioner and he has passed the interim order, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Commissioner who shall look into the matter and take appropriate action expeditiously. The interim applications filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the Commissioner expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
