The limited relief has sought in the present writ petition is for issuance of a proper direction to the respondent No. 3 in particular for deciding the appeal that the petitioner has preferred vide order dated 12.03.2018 (Annexure P/12) and which according to the petitioner, is still lying pending.

2. To the limited relief sought by the petitioner, the State Counsel does not oppose.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the appeal dated 12.03.2018 in accordance with law, at the earliest.
