This is an office reference initiated on the basis of request letter dated 17.03.2021 of Sessions Judge/Special Judge (N.I.A.) Bilaspur, for seeking extension of time to conclude the trial. 2.

Taking into consideration the pandemic situation and the other circumstances as stated in the letter of request, we are inclined to extend the period of conclusion of trial for a further period upto 30th September, 2021.
